Shrimp Pear Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
8 ounces dry twistee pasta noodles or rotini, cooked and drained
2 fresh California Bartlett pears, cored and sliced
1/2 cup each chopped red and green bell peppers
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 pound bay shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined
Dressing
Lettuce leaves
Directions
Combine pasta, pears, peppers, onions and shrimp in large bowl.
Add Dressing; toss lightly to coat.
Line salad bowl or 6 individual salad plates with lettuce; top with pasta mixture.
Dressing: Combine 1 cup plain low fat yogurt, 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard, 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed and hot pepper sauce to taste; blend well.
Add Dressing; toss lightly to coat.
