Ingredients

 Spread1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Medium shrimp12 Ounce, cleaned
 Half and Half1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup pea pods, cut in half diagonally
 Red bell pepper1 To taste, cut into strips
 Dry white wine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red pepper1/4 Teaspoon, crushed
 8 ounces linguine, cooked, drained
 1 wedge (4 ounces) Natural Parmesan Cheese, shredded, divided

Directions

Melt spread in large skillet on medium heat.
Add garlic; cook and stir until lightly browned.
Stir in shrimp, half-and-half, pea pods, bell pepper, wine and crushed red pepper.
Simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Pour sauce mixture over hot linguine.
Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the cheese; toss to coat
