Shrimp Pasta Medley Recipe
Ingredients
| Spread | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Medium shrimp | 12 Ounce, cleaned | |
| Half and Half | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup pea pods, cut in half diagonally | ||
| Red bell pepper | 1 To taste, cut into strips | |
| Dry white wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| 8 ounces linguine, cooked, drained | ||
| 1 wedge (4 ounces) Natural Parmesan Cheese, shredded, divided | ||
Directions
Melt spread in large skillet on medium heat.
Add garlic; cook and stir until lightly browned.
Stir in shrimp, half-and-half, pea pods, bell pepper, wine and crushed red pepper.
Simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Pour sauce mixture over hot linguine.
Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the cheese; toss to coat
