|Mozzarella cheese||500 Milliliter, grated|
|Egg||1 , beaten|

Roll four rounds and spread half of each of the rounds with the sauce.
Sprinkle with onions, peppers, mushrooms, shrimp and cheese.
Fold in half, crimp the edges to seal.
Place on a greased baking sheet, and brush with the egg.
Bake in a preheated 450°F (230°C) oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Substitute any other meat desired or omit and use extra or different vegetables.
