Shrimp Oriental Recipe

Shrimp oritental is a peppy and hearty shrimp recipe prepared with vegetables. Cooked with mushrooms along with celery, onions, peas in lemon juice and butter, it offers a sensational taste.  Mushrooms8 Ounce, sliced
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/3 cup Lemon Juice from Concentrate
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Ground ginger1/4 Teaspoon
 Cornstarch2 Teaspoon
 12 ounces small raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
 Pea package1 , frozen
 Hot cooked rice

Directions

In large skillet, cook mushrooms, celery and onion in margarine until the celery is tender-crisp.
Mix together juice water, sugar, soy sauce, ginger and cornstarch; add to mushroom mixture.
Over medium heat, cook and stir until thick and clear.
Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp is pink.
Add pea pods; heat through.
