 1/2 cup Liquid Butter Buds
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Lite salt3/4 Teaspoon
 Cayenne pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 1 1/2 cups evaporated skim milk
 Tabasco1/8 Teaspoon
 Egg Beaters2 , beaten
 1 pound cooked peeled shrimp, cut in half
 Cooking sherry2 Tablespoon

Directions

Combine liquid Butter Buds, flour, and seasoning.
Add evaporated skim milk gradually and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Stir small amount of hot sauce into Egg Beaters; add remaining sauce, stirring constantly.
Add shrimp; heat.
Remove from heat and slowly stir in sherry.
