Ingredients

 Sesame oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chives1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Sherry1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Yogurt1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg yolks3 , beaten
 Shrimp1 Pound, cooked
 1 c long-grain brown rice, cooked

Directions

Heat oil in a heavy saucepan, adding chives and wine, cooking for about 3 minutes.
In a bowl blend egg yolks and yogurt then add to saucepan mixture, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
Add shrimp and pour over rice.
