Shrimp Mayonnaise Recipe Video

| Potato starch/Corn starch | 2 Tablespoon (Katakuriko) | |
| Cooking oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 3 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Ketchup | 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cashew nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Optional) |

Directions
1. Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees C or 392 degrees F.
MAKING
2. Deshell, devein, and wash the shrimps (remove the tails). Dry well on paper towels.
3. Season in order with salt and pepper, sake or white wine, Katakuriko (starch) and cooking oil.
4. Grill the shrimps in the oven for 7-8 min, or on a BBQ grill, grill pan, or toaster oven.
5. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar and cashew nuts.
6. Add the grilled shrimps, and toss well.
7. Place the cashew nuts in a plastic bag and break up into small pieces with a rolling pin. Then sprinkle them on top of the shrimps.
SERVING
8. Line a plate with lettuce leaves if you wish and serve the shrimp mayonnaise.
