Shrimp Lemon By Evelyn Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 can mushroom soup | ||
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Melted butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| American Cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Frozen shrimp | 1/2 Pound, uncooked | |
Directions
Saute green pepper and onion in butter.
Mix all ingredients together and place in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.
