Shrimp Jalfrezi Recipe
Shrimp jalfreizi is a spicy chili seafood recipe. Prepared with shrimps and bell peppers along with coriander leaves, the shrimp jalfrezi is easily cooked and makes a great addition to meals, especially with rice or tandoori rotis.
Ingredients
Shrimps 450 gm
Corriander leaves a bunch
Garlic 2 cloves
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Green chillies 2
Red bell pepper 1
Yellow bell pepper 1
Green bell pepper 1
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Black pepper as required
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt as per taste
Directions
Marinate the cleaned and washed shrimps with chopped corriander, garlic and salt.
Fry the cumin seeds in hot oil for I minute and add the green chillies and then add the marinated shrimps, saute for 5 minutes with constant stirring.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
Add the seeded and sliced green, red and yellow bell peppers and cook for another 10 minutes.
Transfer the shrimp and bell peppers to a serving dish and garnish with fresh coriander.
