Shrimp in Red Rioja Wine Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 onion, finely minced | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finley minced | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup dry red Rioja wine | ||
| 1 pound cooked shrimp, with or without shells | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until just transparent.
Add wine and simmer until sauce is slightly reduced.
Add shrimp and heat through.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve hot or cold.
