Shrimp In Patty Shells Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small, thinly sliced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Cream of celery | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/2 pounds cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined | ||
| 1/2 cup cooked peas | ||
| 6 to 8 refrigerated puff pastry patty shells, baked conventionally | ||
Directions
1. Put butter, onion and garlic into a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 4 minutes at HIGH, or until onion is tender; stir after 1 minute.
2. Add soup, milk, cooked shrimp and peas; mix. Cover with waxed paper. Cook 4 to 5 minutes at HIGH, or until thoroughly heated; stir occasionally.
3. Serve shrimp mixture in patty shells.
