Shrimp In Cottage Cheese Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 packages lime-flavored gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cottage cheese | 2 12 Ounce, drained | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 to 2 cups cooked cleaned shrimp | ||
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Chill till partially set.
Beat till fluffy.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour in chilled 6-cup ring mold.
Chill firm.
Unmold; fill with chilled shrimp, water cress.
Chill till partially set.
