Ingredients

 2 packages lime-flavored gelatin
 Boiling water3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cottage cheese2 12 Ounce, drained
 Prepared horseradish1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayonnaise2 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
 Onion1 Tablespoon, chopped
 1 to 2 cups cooked cleaned shrimp

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Chill till partially set.
Beat till fluffy.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour in chilled 6-cup ring mold.
Chill firm.
Unmold; fill with chilled shrimp, water cress.
