Shrimp In Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons enriched flour | ||
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup shredded, sharp process American cheese | ||
| Shrimp shell | 2 Cup (16 tbs), cleaned | |
| 1 cup frozen peas | 1/2 10 Ounce, cooked, drained | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 6 Toast Cups | ||
Directions
Melt butter in blazer pan of chafing dish, or in skillet.
Blend in flour.
Add milk gradually and cook till thick, stirring constantly.
Add salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add cheese; stir till melted.
Add shrimp, peas, and lemon juice.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve in Toast Cups or other shells.
