Ingredients

 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 2 tablespoons enriched flour
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 1/2 cup shredded, sharp process American cheese
 Shrimp shell2 Cup (16 tbs), cleaned
 1 cup frozen peas1/2 10 Ounce, cooked, drained
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 6 Toast Cups

Directions

Melt butter in blazer pan of chafing dish, or in skillet.
Blend in flour.
Add milk gradually and cook till thick, stirring constantly.
Add salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add cheese; stir till melted.
Add shrimp, peas, and lemon juice.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve in Toast Cups or other shells.
