Shrimp In Cheese Ring Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 3-ounce packages lime-flavored gelatin | ||
| Cottage cheese | 2 12 Ounce, drained | |
| 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Prepared horseradish | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups cleaned, peeled, and cooked shrimp | ||
| Watercress | ||
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
Add 1 cup cold water.
Chill till partially set; then beat with rotary beater till fluffy.
Fold in cottage cheese and next 4 ingredients.
Pour into 6 1/2-cup ring mold.
Chill till firm.
Unmold.
Fill center with shrimp and watercress.
Add 1 cup cold water.
