Shrimp & Ham Jambalaya Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 , cut into wedges | |
| Green bell pepper | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tablespoons Original Margarine | ||
| Cooked rice | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Large shrimp | 2 Cup (16 tbs), cleaned | |
| Cooked ham | 2 Cup (16 tbs), pounded | |
| Whole tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), undrained | |
| 1 teaspoon natural hickory seasoning | ||
Directions
1. Cook and stir onion, bell pepper, garlic and cayenne pepper in margarine in large skillet over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring often. Serve immediately. Garnish as desired.
