| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |

| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 pouches chicken flavored rice and sauce | ||
| Water | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bay leaves | 2 | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hot Sauce | 4 Dash | |
| Shrimp | 2 Pound, peeled | |
Directions
In a large sauce pan over medium high heat cook celery, onions, and garlic in oil until celery is tender, stirring often.
Stir in soup mix, tomatoes, water, bay leaf, sugar, thyme, pepper and pepper sauce.
Heat to boiling stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer at least one hour stirring occasionally.
Add shrimp and simmer until shrimp turns pink and becomes tender.
Serve alone or over rice.
