Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
2 tbsp (30 ml) oil
2 green onions, finely sliced
1 cup (250 ml) baby shrimp
10 oz (284 ml) canned mushrooms, drained
3 tbsp (45 ml) soy sauce
2 cups (500 ml) rice, cooked
Salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten
Directions
– In a skillet, heat oil and saute onions and shrimp for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, soy sauce and rice. Season with salt and pepper, and fry for 5 minutes. Pour in beaten egg and cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
