 Onion1 Medium
 Bean sprouts1/2 pound, canned
 6 to 8 ounces raw or cooked shrimp, peeled, or fresh or frozen cooked crab meat, or other cooked fish
 Eggs5
 Ground black pepper1 To taste
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Rice vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Ginger1/2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Salt To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1)Chop the onion in small cubes.
2)Rinse fresh bean sprouts and drain, or rinse and drain canned ones.
3)Cook shrimp if raw and drain.
4)Use large bowl and beat eggs.
5)Mix in sprouts, onion, shrimp or crab meat, or fish, salt and pepper.
6)Use large skillet to heat 1 tablespoon oil.
7)Mix batter and combine eggs with fish and vegetables, and spoon 3 pancakes of it into skillet.
8)When they are browned on the bottom, separate them, turn, and brown on second side.
9)Keep pancakes warm in oven while using up remaining oil and batter.
10)Chop fresh ginger and combine soy sauce, vinegar, water, and ginger.
SERVING
11)Serve sauce over pancakes.

You can serve over rice too.
You can run pancakes together.
