Shrimp Fondue Recipe
|Shrimp/1 package or bag (1 1/2 pounds)||2 Pound, peeled and deveined (fresh or frozen)|
|Nutmeg||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated (divided)|
|White wine||2 Cup (32 tbs), divided|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Swiss cheese||1 Pound, cubed|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pepper white||1⁄4 Teaspoon|

Place shrimp in boiling water to which 1 teaspoon of nutmeg has been added.
After water resumes boiling, cook shrimp 3 minutes.
Drain; keep warm.
Heat 1 3/4 cups of the wine and the garlic in the top of a double boiler.
Add Swiss cheese; stir constantly until melted.
Combine cornstarch, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg with 1/4 cup wine; stir into cheese mixture.
Continue stirring until smooth.
