| Pork fat | 60 Gram (Marinade:) | |
| Bamboo shoots | 90 Gram (Marinade:) | |

Directions
Cut up the prawns and marinate for 20 minutes.
Mince the pork fat and bamboo shoots and blend thoroughly into the prawns and marinade mixture.
Stuff the wonton skins and arrange the dumplings on a cloth in a steamer so they do not touch.
Steam for 5 minutes.
The dumplings can be kept warm under a damp cloth.
