Shrimp Delight Recipe
Ingredients
2 cans (10 1/2 ounces each) condensed consomme
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Dash hot pepper sauce
1 can (about 4 ounces) shrimp, drained
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Avocado slices
Directions
Combine consomme, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce.
Chill until slightly thickened; stir occasionally.
Fold in shrimp, celery, and onion.
Chill until jellied.
