Shrimp Delhi Recipe
Ingredients
| Skim Milk Powder- 1/3 cup | ||
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Curry Powder- 1/8 teaspoon) | |
| Shrimp | 4 Ounce (Curry Powder- 1/8 teaspoon) | |
| slice | 1 (Curry Powder- 1/8 teaspoon) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix together milk powder, salt, curry powder.
2) Slowly stream the water in the curry powder mixture, stir to mix.
3) Place the pan on heat to simmer.
4) Add shrimps and heat thoroughly.
SERVING
5) Place the toast on the serving plate and spoon the shrimp mixture over it.
6) Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
