Directions

GETTING READY
1)Pre-heat the oven to 350° F

MAKING
2)Heat a big skillet over medium flame, and melt 3 tablespoons butter.
3)Put in the onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4)Put in the garlic and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
5)Pour in the sherry.
6)Season with salt and pepper and stir.
7)Fit a steel blade to a food processor.
8)Blend bread, paprika, and parsley to form crumbs.
9)Take 6 individual oven-proof ramekins and grease them with remaining 1 tablespoon butter.
10)Evenly portion out shrimp among ramekins.
11)Bake for 12 to 15 minutes till crumbs brown slightly and sauce is bubbly
