Shrimp Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Saffron | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chili peppers - 3/4 teaspoon, dried, ground | ||
| Onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Ginger root | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Shrimp - 2 pounds raw, shelled and deveined | ||
| Coconut cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a skillet, saute the sliced onions in the heated oil, until browned.
2) Stir in the saffron, chili peppers, chopped onions, garlic, ginger, salt and shrimp, cook over a low heat for 6 minutes.
3) Then stir in the coconut cream and cook until thoroughly heated.
SERVING
4) Serve immediately with cooked rice or noodles.
