Shrimp Crescents Recipe
These shrimp crescents are peppy and cheesy shrimp packets. Prepared with crescent roll dough triangles filled with a spiced vegetable mix flavored with cheese with single shrimps in each packets, these shrim cresents are baked to a golden brown and can be served with a dipping sauce.
Ingredients
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies, drained
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
32 cooked small shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except crescent rolls and shrimp.
Mix well; set aside.
Unroll crescent rolls and cut each triangle in half lengthwise, forming 32 triangles.
Stretch dough to shape and flatten.
Spoon rounded tablespoon of artichoke mixture onto each triangle; place 1 shrimp on top.
Roll up, starting at wide end, and place on well-greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375°F 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix well; set aside.
