Shrimp Creole Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup each finely chopped celery, green pepper and onion
2 tablespoons oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 pound medium shrimp, shelled and cleaned
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Directions
In 2-quart casserole, combine celery, green pepper, onion, oil and garlic.
Cook at HIGH 4 to 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients; cover with lid.
Cook at HIGH 3 minutes and at MEDIUM 5 to 6 minutes; stir once.
Stir; let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
