Shrimp Creole Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tomatoes large can | 1 | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Bay leaves | 2 | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery salt | To Taste | |
| Shrimp | 1 1/2 Pound, cooked |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan heat butter and saute onions, green pepper and celery.
2. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings and simmer for about 40 minutes.
3. Add cooked shrimp just before serving.
SERVING
4. Serve over cooked rice.
