 Worcester sauce3 Drop (As Per Taste)

 Dry white wine/Dry cider2 Tablespoon
 Shrimps/Prawns1⁄2 Pound
 Rice1⁄4 Pound, cooked as for curry

1.Cook green pepper, pnion and celery in butter on low flame for 15 minutes until sweaty.
2.Add the flour and stir well.
3.Stir in tomatoes, liquor, salt, pepper, cloves, bay leaf and sugar and cook on low flame for 45 minutes.
4.Add shrimps and cook for 5 more minutes.
5.Drizzle Worcester, tabasco sauce, lemon juice, wine or cider for flavoring.

6.Serve the dish with hot rice.
