 Bacon grease1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onions- 1-1/2 cups, chopped
 Green onions1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Celery with Leaves- 1 cup, chopped
 Bell pepper1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm)
 Tomato Paste- 1 six-ounce can
 Tomatoes with Liquid- 1-16 oz. can, chopped
 Tomato Sauce- 1-8 oz. can
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt5 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Teaspoon
 Pepper red1/2 Teaspoon
 Tabasco Sauce- to taste
 Bay Leaves- 2 to 3 nos.
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Raw shrimp4 Pound, peeled
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Cooked Rice- 2 to 3 cups

Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan, heat the bacon heat and whish in flour.
2) Sauté in the onion, green onions, celery, bell pepper, and garlic until translucent.
3) Stir in tomato paste and mix well.
4) Add in tomatoes, tomato sauce, bay leaves, seasoning, red pepper, Tabasco, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, mix well.
5) Put the lid on and cook over low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
6) Put the shrimps in and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.

SERVING
7) Serve hot over bed of rice and garnished with chopped parsley.
