Shrimp Creole Tomato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Large green pepper -1, sliced | ||
| Large onion - 1, sliced | ||
| Small clove garlic - 1, minced | ||
| Shortening | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper -dash | ||
| "Tabasco" sauce - dash | ||
| Shrimp - 1 pound, cooked and cleaned (or two 6-ounce cans, drained) | ||
| Rice | 3 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large skillet, tip in the green pepper, onion, garlic and cook the vegetables in a little shortening till it the vegetables are tender.
2. Add the soup, water, lemon juice, seasonings and shrimp. Cook this for 10 minutes and stir often

3. Serve warm over rice
