 Large green pepper -1, sliced
 Large onion - 1, sliced
 Small clove garlic - 1, minced
 Shortening3 Tablespoon
 Tomato soup1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Water1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper -dash
 "Tabasco" sauce - dash
 Shrimp - 1 pound, cooked and cleaned (or two 6-ounce cans, drained)
 Rice3 Cup (16 tbs), cooked

MAKING
1. In a large skillet, tip in the green pepper, onion, garlic and cook the vegetables in a little shortening till it the vegetables are tender.
2. Add the soup, water, lemon juice, seasonings and shrimp. Cook this for 10 minutes and stir often

SERVING
3. Serve warm over rice
