Easy Shrimp Creole With Tomato Paste Recipe
Ingredients

| Green onions | 5 , sliced | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Whole tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomato Paste | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Frozen shrimp package | 1 | |
| Hot cooked rice | ||
Directions
1. Place butter, onions, green pepper and garlic in 2-quart glass casserole.
2. Microwave for about 3 minutes on HIGH, or until vegetables are partly cooked. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cooked rice. Cover with glass lid.
3. Microwave for 5 minutes on REHEAT. Stir, recover and continue cooking for 7 to 11 minutes on REHEAT, or until hot (about 150°F). Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. Serve over hot cooked rice.
