 Frozen shrimp2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cleaned

 1 Teaspoon Salt Dash Of Pepper

Directions

1. Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic in oil until tender.
2. Blend in flour and seasonings.
3. Add tomato and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Add shrimp. Heat through.
