Shrimp Cocktail With Tangy Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound medium-sized shrimp
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup chili sauce
1/3 cup catchup
2 teaspoons prepared white horseradish
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1 lemon for garnish
6 Boston lettuce leaves
Directions
1. Shell and devein shrimp. In 2-quart saucepan over high heat, heat water and salt to boiling. Add shrimp; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; cook shrimp 1 minute, until shrimp are tender and turn pink; drain.
