Ingredients

 Shrimps2 Pound
 Salt pork1/4 pound, diced
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Potatoes2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Mixed milk and light cream - 3 cups

Directions

MAKING
1 Cook the shrimps.
2 Drain throughly, reserving the broth.
3 Shell and clean the shrimps.
4 In a skillet, cook salt pork until brown and crisp.
5 Keep aside.
6 In the fat, cook onion until soft.
7 Add onion, 2 cups of the shrimp broth, and diced potatoes.
8 Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
9 Add shrimps, milk and cream, and diced pork, heat throughly.

SERVING
10 Serve hot.
