Ingredients

 
4 cups water
 
1 medium size onion, chopped
 
1 small leek, chopped
 
2 celery stalks, diced
 
1 carrot, diced
 
1 medium size potato, peeled, diced
 
8 oz salmon, diced
 
1 lb baby shrimp
 
1/4 tsp cayenne
 
Salt and pepper
 
1/4 cup heavy cream

Directions

In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Add vegetables.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add diced salmon.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Fold in shrimp and seasonings.
Continue cooking 2 minutes.
Stir in cream, mixing until well blended.
Reheat without boiling.
