Ingredients

 Shrimps2 Cup (16 tbs), shelled
 1/2 pkt. noodles
 120 gms. spinach, cut into 2" length
 Onions spring4 , chopped
 Bamboo shoots1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Tomatoes2 , sliced
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Chilli sauce1 Teaspoon
 1 tbsp. soya sauce
 Oil1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Cook noodles in boiling water.
Wash and drain well.
Keep aside till needed.
Heat 1 cup oil and fry the shrimps.
Remove.
In the same oil saute spinach, bamboo shoots and onions for 5 minutes.
Add the noodles, salt, soya sauce and stir well.
Sprinkle shrimps, chilli sauce and remove.
Place the noodles in a plate and garnish with tomato slices.
