Shrimp Chow Chow Recipe
Ingredients
| Shrimps | 2 Cup (16 tbs), shelled | |
| 1/2 pkt. noodles | ||
| 120 gms. spinach, cut into 2" length | ||
| Onions spring | 4 , chopped | |
| Bamboo shoots | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Tomatoes | 2 , sliced | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Chilli sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tbsp. soya sauce | ||
| Oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cook noodles in boiling water.
Wash and drain well.
Keep aside till needed.
Heat 1 cup oil and fry the shrimps.
Remove.
In the same oil saute spinach, bamboo shoots and onions for 5 minutes.
Add the noodles, salt, soya sauce and stir well.
Sprinkle shrimps, chilli sauce and remove.
Place the noodles in a plate and garnish with tomato slices.
