Shrimp & Chicken Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon (Shrimp Marinade:) | |
| Orange juice | 1 Tablespoon (Shrimp Marinade:) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced (Shrimp Marinade:) | |
| 6 extra-large shrimp, shelled and deveined | ||
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon (Chicken Marinade:) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon (Chicken Marinade:) | |
| Orange juice | 2 Tablespoon (Chicken Marinade:) | |
| 1/2 teaspoon papri | ||
Directions
In small mixing bowl, blend all Shrimp Marinade ingredients.
Add shrimp.
Stir to coat.
Cover.
Set aside.
In small mixing bowl, blend all Chicken Marinade ingredients.
Microwave at High for 1 to 2 minutes, or until hot.
Cool slightly.
Separate each chicken
Add shrimp.
Stir to coat.
Cover.
Set aside.
