Shrimp Cheese Bisque Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 lb. processed Canadian cheese, cut in small pieces | ||
| Shrimps | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Melt butter or margarine in medium-size saucepan; add green pepper and onion; saute over low heat 5 minutes, or until tender but not brown.
Blend in flour and salt; stir in milk, cheese, shrimps and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook over low heat, stirring often, until cheese melts and soup is hot.
Do not boil.
