Shrimp Casserole With Mushroom Soup Recipe
No one can stop at just one is my claim for this recipe of shrimp casserole. I will prepare this shrimp casserole as main dish for a get-together I am soon going to host. Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp, halved
1 can mushroom soup
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Small amount of blue cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons celery, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
Juice of 1/2 clove garlic
1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
Paprika
Directions
Combine rice, shrimp, soup, parsley, lemon juice, salt and blue cheese.
Saute celery, pepper, garlic and onion in butter.
Add to shrimp mixture.
Place in greased casserole and cover with Swiss cheese and paprika.
Cook at 350° for 40 minutes.
