Shrimp Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1 pound, sliced | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 pound cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined | ||
| 2 cups cooked white or brown rice | ||
| 1 cup whipping cream or undiluted evaporated milk | ||
| Catsup | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup shredded American or mild Cheddar cheese | ||
| Salt, pepper, and onion juice to taste | ||

Directions
Saute mushrooms slowly in butter for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
Mix mushrooms, shrimp, and rice.
Combine cream, catsup, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and onion juice; add to first mixture, mix lightly but well.
Turn into a greased casserole, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in a 350° oven about 45 minutes.
