 Mushrooms1 pound, sliced
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 pound cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
 1 cup whipping cream or undiluted evaporated milk
 Catsup1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Worcestershire1 Teaspoon
 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup shredded American or mild Cheddar cheese
 Salt, pepper, and onion juice to taste

Directions

Saute mushrooms slowly in butter for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
Mix mushrooms, shrimp, and rice.
Combine cream, catsup, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and onion juice; add to first mixture, mix lightly but well.
Turn into a greased casserole, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in a 350° oven about 45 minutes.
