Shrimp Bisque With Clam Juice Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup clam juice
1/2 cup cooked cauliflower
1/4 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon dehydrated onion flakes
1/2 bay leaf
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
8 ounces cooked shrimp, chopped
1/4 cup cooked mushrooms, drained and sliced
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup evaporated skimmed milk
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Directions
Place clam juice, cauliflower, tomato juice and onion flakes in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into saucepan.
Add bay leaf, Worcestershire, shrimp and mushrooms.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add milk; heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
Sprinkle with parsley
