Shrimp Avocado Appetizer Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| Shrimp - 1/2 lb., shelled, deveined, cooked and diced | ||
| Avocado | 1 | |
| Pickapeppa - 1 tsp. | ||
| Catsup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ripe tomato | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Chili Sauce | 4 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Mix together equal parts of shrimp and avocado.
2) Combine together rest of the ingredients for sauce.
3) Stir shrimp, avocado and sauce gently.
4) Keep in refrigerator to chill thoroughly until ready to serve.
SERVING
5) Serve at once with crackers or plain.
