Tex-Mex Style Grilled Shrimp And Skirt Steak For Fajitas Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
12 jumbo shrimps
 
2 c Lime juice
 
1-2 lbs Skirt Steak
 
3 tbsp Garlic pepper seasoning
 
1 tsp each salt and pepper
 
Steak seasoning

Directions

1. Marinate the shrimps and steak in lime juice and garlic pepper seasoing for 15-20 minutes.
2. Skewer shrimps and grill them for about a couple of minutes on each side.
3. Grill the steak for 4 minutes or until done from both the sides.
4. Cut the steak in sections.
5. Serve with tortillas, salsa, pico, sour cream and guacamole.
