GETTING READY
1. Marinate the shrimps and steak in lime juice and garlic pepper seasoing and set aside for 20 minutes.

MAKING
2. Skewer the shrimps and grill them on low heat for about a couple of minutes on each side until bright pink.
3. Grill the steak for 4 minutes on each side or until done.

SERVING
4. Remove the shrimps from the skewers and serve on a plate.
5. Cut the steak along the grain in sections for better chewing.
6. Serve with tortillas, salsa, pico, sour cream and guacamole.
