Ingredients

 Medium shrimp1 Pound, uncooked
 Olive oil2 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Green onions2 Medium, sliced
 Carrots2 Medium, thinly sliced
 1/2 bag of any frozen vegetables
 Parsley1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Scallops1 Pound
 1/2 cup dry wine or chicken broth
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Red peppers1/4 Teaspoon, crushed

Directions

Peel shrimp and refrigerate.
Heat oil in skillet and cook garlic, carrots, vegetables and parsley for about 5 minutes.
Stir in shrimp and rest of ingredients.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes until shrimp are pink and scallops are white.
Serve with soy sauce.
