Shrimp and Scallops with Wine Recipe
Ingredients
| Medium shrimp | 1 Pound, uncooked | |
| Olive oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Green onions | 2 Medium, sliced | |
| Carrots | 2 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| 1/2 bag of any frozen vegetables | ||
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Scallops | 1 Pound | |
| 1/2 cup dry wine or chicken broth | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Red peppers | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
Directions
Peel shrimp and refrigerate.
Heat oil in skillet and cook garlic, carrots, vegetables and parsley for about 5 minutes.
Stir in shrimp and rest of ingredients.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes until shrimp are pink and scallops are white.
Serve with soy sauce.
