 3/4 pound large shrimp, cooked and peeled
 Mango1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
 Cooked rice3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red bell pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green bell pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well with a whisk.
