Ingredients

 
1 1/2 pounds shrimp, cooked and deveined (if long, cut into thirds; if small, leave whole)
 
1 cup thinly sliced celery
 
Juice of 1/2 lemon
 
1 honeydew melon, cut into melon balls
 
1/4 cup homemade mayonnaise
 
1/4 cup sour cream
 
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
 
Boston lettuce
 
Watercress

Directions

Combine shrimp, celery, and lemon juice.
Refrigerate.
Just before serving, drain off liquid.
Combine shrimp and melon balls.
Add mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
Toss lightly with a fork.
