Shrimp And Honeydew Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Shrimp | 1 1/2 Pound, deveined | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| 1 honeydew melon, cut into melon balls | ||
| 1/4 cup homemade mayonnaise | ||
| Sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boston lettuce | ||
| Watercress | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine shrimp, celery, and lemon juice.
Refrigerate.
Just before serving, drain off liquid.
Combine shrimp and melon balls.
Add mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
Toss lightly with a fork.
