 3 tsp low-calorie margarine
 Skim milk1 Quart
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 6 oz. Brilliant cooked frozen shrimp
 1/4c. Newburg Sauce
 2 eggyolks, uncooked
 Eggs3
 Noodles3 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
 Bread slices10 , toasted

Directions

Melt margarine in the top of a double boiler.
Add 3 c. (750 mL) of the milk, the salt, shrimp, and Newburg Sauce.
Combine egg yolks and remaining milk in a small bowl.
Whip or beat to blend.
Stir into shrimp mixture; cook and stir until thickened.
Cut the hard-cooked eggs into quarters.
Add to the sauce and heat.
