Shrimp And Crabmeat Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Crabmeat | 1 Can (10oz), flaked | |
| Shrimp | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Stuffed olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1 C. early June peas | ||
| 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced | ||
| Tomato wedges | ||
Directions
Lightly toss all ingredients except eggs and tomatoes.
Marinate in Italian dressing for 15 to 20 minutes.
Line individual bowls with crisp leaves of lettuce.
Add marinated seafood mixture and garnish with egg and tomato slices.
Season and serve with Thousand Island dressing.
