| 1 can whole tomatoes with green chilies | ||
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 2 lb. small peeled shrimp | ||
Directions
Cook tomatoes and tomato sauce for 1 hour; skim top.
While tomatoes are cooking, saute produce and seasoning in butter in separate pot.
Add shrimp to produce and simmer until done, then add corn.
Add tomatoes and sauce to this; add water as needed
Cook about 10 minutes longer.
