1 package (10 ounces) frozen artichoke hearts, cooked and drained
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 can (10 ounces) frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon sherry (optional)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Dash paprika
Directions
Place artichoke hearts in buttered 1 quart casserole.
Brown mushrooms in butter; add soup, milk, sherry, and Worcestershire.
Heat until soup is thawed; stir often.
Pour over artichokes.
Top with cheese and paprika.
Bake in a 375° oven 20 minutes.
Ideal for buffet.
